Using the SootheMate™ device is simple and stress-free.
Follow these easy steps to get the most out of your device:
1.) Charge It Up
Make sure your SootheMate™ is fully charged before use. A full charge takes just 30 minutes. Important: Do not leave the device charging for more than 2 hours, as overcharging may cause damage.
2.) Power It On
Once charged, press and hold the side power button for 5 seconds to switch the device on.
The device will automatically start in low-frequency mode, which is optimized for use in the left hand. This mode is ideal for calming anxiety, easing insomnia, reducing stress, and supporting better sleep.
3.) Proper Positioning Matters
For best results, hold SootheMate™ over the PC8 acupressure point and the TW3/TW2 meridian (see visual guide below).
Left hand = Low-frequency mode: Helps with stress, anxiety, and sleep.
Right hand = High-frequency mode: Enhances focus and mental clarity (press the power button again to switch modes).
If you don’t feel a pulse immediately, press the ‘+’ button three or four times and reposition the device until the sensation is noticeable. Then, adjust the intensity to suit your comfort.
Correct placement is key—if the device is misaligned, you may not feel anything at all.
4.) Rest Easy
SootheMate™ has a built-in 20-minute auto shut-off feature. That means you can drift off without worrying about turning it off—it handles that for you.
🔎 Testing Your Device
1.) Charge the device for 1 hour.
2.) Power it on—you should see the indicator light.
3.) Press the ‘+’ button a few times to raise the pulse level.
4.) Place your finger across the round central button while touching another part of the metal body.
If you feel the pulses during this test, your SootheMate™ is functioning properly—and you’re ready to begin using it in your palm.
